Exchange and Return
DEFECTIVE
If your product is defective or does not work as it should, you will receive a new one free of charge.
RETURN
You can return your Aurea Lashes products within 14 days of receipt in case of a defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely free of charge and send you a new one. Aurea Lashes are hygiene products and can therefore (unfortunately) not be returned for the purchase amount.
TO STEER
- Pack the product in the original packaging together with the return form.
- Place the return label in a visible place on the package.
- Go to one of the postal points (a post office or a parcel point) and send your package.
- A return shipment must always be provided with a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for the shipment.
- Once the package reaches our warehouse, the product will be exchanged or refunded.
