Exchange and Return

DEFECTIVE

If your product is defective or does not work as it should, you will receive a new one free of charge.

RETURN

You can return your Aurea Lashes products within 14 days of receipt in case of a defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely free of charge and send you a new one. Aurea Lashes are hygiene products and can therefore (unfortunately) not be returned for the purchase amount.

TO STEER

  1. Pack the product in the original packaging together with the return form.
  2. Place the return label in a visible place on the package.
  3. Go to one of the postal points (a post office or a parcel point) and send your package.
  4. A return shipment must always be provided with a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for the shipment.
  5. Once the package reaches our warehouse, the product will be exchanged or refunded.
